Your Privacy Rights

This page explains your rights under US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), and the laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states.

What we collect

• Identifiers: name, email, shipping address, phone number.
• Commercial information: what you bought and your Sleep Club status.
• Payments: processed by Stripe on our website and by Apple or Google in the app. We don't store full card numbers.
• Sleep and health information: movement readings from Drowsie and what the app works out from them (estimated sleep stages, breathing and heart rate), and Apple Watch sleep stages if you allow it. We use this only to provide the service. We never sell it and never share it for advertising.
• Internet activity: pages visited, device and browser details, IP address and how you arrived, collected with cookies and pixels.

We don't sell your personal information

We have never sold personal information and we won't.

Advertising and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and PostHog to understand visits and show relevant ads. Some state laws may treat this as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you can ask to know what we collect and share, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

How to use them

Email hello@drowsie.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We may need to confirm it's you, and we'll respond within 45 days. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
